New GOF Guidelines

A new version of the GOF Guidelines is now available. An important change is the obligation to use a double opt-in for all SMS and MMS subscription services.

Please carefully read the new GOF Guidelines at www.mobileweb.be/gof and make sure to adapt your mobile services according to these new rules at the latest by March 15, in order to avoid any legal complaints.

The GOF Guidelines are regularly reviewed by the GOF (mobile operators). For the first time the WASP Forum, which includes all mobile connectivity providers, has actively been involved in the adaptation of the GOF Guidelines. As a founding member, MobileWeb.be is playing a steering role in the WASP Forum, thereby defending your interests towards operators and regulatory authorities.
