» You are the central point of contact for our customers via phone and mail. You help them with enthusiasm and with your problem solving mind and attitude, you make sure they get answers to their questions..
» You are our customers’ guide in better using our internet and domain name registration services. For complex technical questions, you get the support of our technical experts.
» You are in charge of a number of administrative tasks which require a daily follow-up.
» You will participate in specific projects.
Profile
» You are motivated by having lots of contacts with customers.
» It makes you feel good to be able to help out customers and find solutions to their problems and questions.
» The Internet and MS Office have no secrets for you.
» You have good administrative skills.
» You like to have several tasks and responsibilities.
» You like to be part of a team of 4 colleagues.
» Your Dutch is excellent spoken and written. You will be able to use all other language skills you have.
