Job description
» It's your passion to develop performance web applications!
You manage to efficiently transform functional requirements
into good working programs.
» As member of our IT team, you are responsible for
the development and the management of our web shops (www.register.be,
www.mobileweb.be,
www.e-zone.fr).
» Based on a functional analysis of the product, you
are responsible for the technical implementation: database
design, screen design, application logic and testing.
» You are in charge of the 2nd line support of these
applications towards the end users. You are familiar with
the applications and can quickly solve certain problems.
» As member of the IT team you'll be co-responsible
for the general reliability of the IT systems, and this
both during and outside office hours.
» Your passion for web technology drives you to keep
up-to-date about the latest trends and evolutions. You are
an excellent source of new insights that eventually will
result in the development of new product features.

» Your applications excel in the principle "first
time right": quality and stability are here the norm
(not the exception)

» You have a higher education (minimum graduate informatics)
» By preference you have 1 to 2 years of developing
experience within the following development environment:
» Languages: ASP and ASP.net,
C#
» Database: MS SQL Server
» Tools: Visual Source Safe
» You also have a good knowledge of the following
technologies:
» Windows 2000 and Windows 2003
Server
» IIS6
» TCP/IP, DNS and SMTP
» A good understanding of Linux, php and mySQL is
not required, but is a good asset.
