Job description
You get the responsability for the implementation of new
functionalities and applications within our modular “Plug
& Play” mobile platform. You analyse the needs
of the clients and users and translates these to functional
specifications. You supervise the implementation and deliver
a qualitative and project-driven follow-up. You take care
of the roll-out internally and towards the clients and you
coordinate this with the IT team.
This includes the following tasks:
» Functional analysis: translating new product features
towards technical requirements, proposing implementation
after analysis of different options (build vs buy)
» Project-driven implementation: initiating the technical
setup; transmitting the functional analyses to the IT team,
follow-up of planning, executing user test
» Pre-sales support: you help the sales team understanding
the client’s needs and you know how to translate these
into modular solutions, based on existing products
» Product roll-out: integration of the new product
features in internal processes, for example customer service,
billing, sales, ....
Profile
» You combine excellent analytic skills with a strong
sense for business opportunities
» You are capable to translate product requirements
into technical specifications (screen design, data modelling,
process definition, test scenarios)
» You have a strong project-based approach and succeed
in meeting deadlines in a quickly changing environment
» You combine flexibility, teamspirit, autonomy, positive
attitude, perseverance and you can handle stress situations.
» Creativity, organisation skills and enthousiasm
are your personal keywords
» You enjoyed a university education (Master degree
in economics, commercial engineering, civil engineering,...)
and have by preference 2 to 3 years of experience as system
analyst or project manager in a similar environment
» You are bilingual Dutch / French; you manage English
well
» An outspoken interest for the Internet, SMS and
mobile solutions are a big plus.
