We are looking for talented professionals who are devoted to helping customers, listening to their needs and solving service issues. Good communication skills, logical reasoning, patience and a positive attitude are key.
FIRST LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT (m/f)

» The First Line Technical Support is the first point
of contact for our customers.
» You handle on a daily basis all technical
customer requests, and this both by phone and via e-mail.
You are their guide in better using our services. For complex
technical questions, you are supported by a number of experts.
» Additionally you are in charge of a number of administrative
tasks which require a daily follow-up: handling of incoming
fax/post, handling of cancellations.
» Finally, you will also be involved in a number of
more technical projects, e.g., bulk domain name registrations,
migration of mail accounts.
» You are looking for challenging environment
» You have the will to learn more about new technologies
» As a born problem solver you are able to handle multiple tasks in parallel
» You have a very strong customer orientation and
an excellent service attitude.
» Communication via phone and email is one of your

» Your Dutch is excellent and you are proficient
in French and English (both in speaking and in writing). Your mothertongue
